Returns and Exchanges
We offer FREE returns on all orders over $50 USD!
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic orders over $50 USD. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
For returns under $50 USD, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Receive a damaged item?

We do not currently offer exchanges on products. All items will be processed as a return and a new purchase will need to be placed. If you would like to return your item, please contact Customer Support above.
How long with the refund take?
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label (for qualifying purchases) within 24 hours.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
After we have issued the refund, it can take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
