Nicole Falcaro

Nicole's first sport could not have been more opposite of triathlon, as she took up Little League baseball in her rural town of Dingmans Ferry, PA when she was 6. Thankfully, she learned how to swim competitively when she was 8 and realized she was good at running at 16, though she wouldn’t stop playing baseball - and later softball - until halfway into high school.

Nicole ran all four years at a DI college at Bucknell University. Three years after graduating, despite living in NYC, she started triathlon in 2012. Nicole earned her professional license in 2018 and immediately started doing more half Ironmans, racing in Spain, Ireland, and domestically in the US.

In June 2020, she scurried away from NYC and relocated to New Hampshire, which is leaps and bounds more friendly to train and live in than NYC! In 2021, her boyfriend and her built out a camper van and traveled to races all over the US, from Colorado to Georgia.

Nicole had 3 top 10 pro finishes and climbed the Professional Triathletes Organization world rankings from 190th to 104th.

When not training or living the vanlife, Nicole has a full time job as a Digital Project Manager at Citibank, but will consider doing full time vanlife and pro triathlete life if she can improve another 86 spots in 2022!
