Marc Dubrick is heading into his 4th year as a professional triathlete. He grew up in Dekalb, Il swimming and running. He is now chasing his biggest goal of being an Olympian and World Champion! Marc is a former track and cross country runner at the University of Missouri and since graduating Marc has been focusing 100% on triathlon. In his first year as a pro, he was awarded the 2019 USA Triathlon Elite rookie of the year. He has kept that consistency going with 8 top-ten finishes on the World Triathlon Circuit.
After a bike crash in May of 2021 that left Marc with a broken hand and unable to swim enough for his typical draft-legal races he took it as an opportunity to test his strength across the 70.3 distance. Marc finished 2nd at his debut half at 70.3 Old Orchard Beach, Maine where he also qualified for the 2022 70.3 World Champs. He then backed that up with another podium finish at 70.3 Memphis.
Outside of triathlons, you will most likely see Marc with a cup of coffee in hand, out fishing, or putting together some really bad edits for his new Youtube channel. His goal is to share the full story behind being an elite triathlete but to do it in a fun way. Marc wants to give guidance, advice, and bring out more of the behind-the-scenes side of the triathlon.
